The place was clean. Our room was tastefully decorated. We loved rooms with a balcony. the hotel's location was magnificent, so close to the bustling night markets, Beer Street, Old Quarter, central lake, and entertainment area.

fantastic stay, as always. incredibly beautiful hotel with exceptional staff. marvellous and unbeatable location in hanoi downtown, really close to cactus petes casino. also - close enough to beer street in old quarter. great-sized rooms, overlooking city. great food choices for breakfast.

The unit was good-sized and well decorated.
The location was great as for me, close enough to the central lake and the bustling night markets and beer street. Had supper enjoying drinks at nearby Gettin' Basted.

The staff was very friendly the entire time. the hotel had well decorated rooms and good beds. A fridge, iron and ironing board, and a work desk turned out to be good. the vibe here was quiet! the friendly staff, nicely decorated rooms with cozy beds, useful amenities like a fridge, iron and ironing board, and a work desk.
